Terms entered in search tools.
When a visitor types a name, place, or other term into a search tool, the query passes to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the request under its own rules. El Paso County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages sent to us.
If a visitor sends an email or uses a contact form, we retain the message and the information supplied with it for as long as reasonably needed to answer. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Information Collected Automatically
Routine technical information may be recorded when a page loads. It helps identify faults, measure use, and keep the service stable. This information can include:

Advertising providers may use technology on their own systems to recognize activity across more than one website and select interest-based ads. That tracking is performed under the provider's policy, not this one.

We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be provided to parties that perform a stated function or when disclosure is legally compelled:

Visitors Under Eighteen
This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted information may ask us to review and delete it.
