EPSO does not publish a refresh interval or post-release display period for its inmate search, so a roster result or absence may not reflect a person's present situation. We make no warranty that every detail is complete, current, or error-free. Verify information with the El Paso County Sheriff's Office, El Paso County Jail, the relevant police department, court, or corrections agency before relying on it, visiting an office, or sending money.

This site hosts no jail roster, booking photograph, mugshot gallery, arrest report, court file, or corrections record. It points to the offices and systems that may control those materials. Current county custody must be checked with EPSO, and a booking report or intake photo must be requested from the responsible records custodian. A booking, charge, warrant, or photograph reflects an accusation-stage event, not a conviction. Every person is presumed innocent unless proved guilty in court.
